About

The community gathers in Ireland.

After Sarajevo welcomed Microsoft Certified Trainers from 18 countries in 2026, the summit travels north to Dublin. Same spirit, new home, new conversations: AI, cloud, training craft, and the practical realities of teaching in 2027.

Built by trainers, for trainers

Sessions are delivered by working MCTs - the people teaching the certifications you teach. No vendor pitches, no recycled keynotes.

Three days, three tracks

Technical depth, training craft, and the business of being an MCT. Pick your path or move between rooms.

Community-first

Dinners, walks, coffee breaks, and the unscripted conversations that make this summit different from a corporate conference.

Programme

Three session tracks.

Parallel tracks across three days. Bring your team or come solo - the programme is designed so each track stands alone.

01
Technical

Microsoft Cloud, AI & Copilot

Deep dives on Azure, M365 Copilot, security, and the AI stack MCTs are being asked to teach next.

02
Non-technical

Training Craft & Learning

Delivery technique, learner engagement, course design, and how the trainer's role is shifting in an AI-first classroom.

03
Mixed

Business, Strategy & Leadership

Pricing, partnerships, building a training practice, and the commercial side of being an independent MCT.

Schedule

Agenda coming soon.

The full three-day agenda will be published once speakers and venue are confirmed. Below is the shape of the week.

Day 1

Opening & keynotes

Welcome, Microsoft keynote, opening sessions across all three tracks. Speakers' welcome dinner in the evening.

Day 2

Deep work

Full day of parallel sessions and workshops. Group dinner and community evening in central Dublin.

Day 3

Sessions & farewell

Final sessions, panel discussions, closing remarks, and farewell dinner.

Bonus

Optional Dublin day

An optional fourth day for sightseeing - Wicklow Mountains, Guinness Storehouse, Trinity College. Details with the agenda.

Speakers

Speaker line-up in progress.

Call for speakers opens 1 July 2026. The 2026 summit featured 27 MCTs across 18 countries - we are aiming higher in 2027.

Are you an MCT with a session to share?

Pitch a 45-minute session, a workshop, or a panel. The formal CFP opens 1 July 2026 on run.events - follow us on LinkedIn and we'll announce the moment it goes live.
